-The theme that describes me the best is definitely empathy. I find myself very in-touch with my emotions and I can always tell what someone is feeling at any given moment and I always want to help them (or empathize with them).

-The theme I use most frequently is communication. I'm big on telling everyone what's going on all the time. I am not a big fan of people that can't communicate their feelings or situations to me, all I want to do is help out or know what's going on and communication is essential for things to run smoothly.

-When I'm in the zone, I've found that I'm a developer. I have an uncanny talent for seeing potential in others and placing them in a line of work that most suits them. I read people. 

-I'm really trying to harness my ability as a developer and focus it toward a career, possibly working in recruitment for a college, company, or whom ever needs. A long term goal would to one day be a head hunter and place talented and experienced people in important company positions.
